Today I sampled a new weightlifting gym, The Perfect Workout. One on One training sessions are 20 minutes of specific ‘time under tension’ sets of weightlifting on Nautilus machines…10 seconds contraction and 10 seconds of release, for at least 90 seconds of work until failure. The movement is designed to build muscle faster than typical movements. I was sore after just 20 minutes of work. Outstanding, quick workout!

I’ve been dong the Zone workouts for the past 15 years, and I love it! Kinetic workouts are 60 minutes of high-intensity (HIIT) circuits that change everyday. and are designed to work every muscle during the week.
