Spin

I do a Spin class every Wednesday with Rachel at Kinetic. I like to break-up the heavy workouts with a Spin class.

I’m not a hard-core spinner (adding it in only one day per week). If you add it in consistently you will definitely burn the fat, build some muscle (mostly legs and booty), and you can make it as hard as you want. I am sore in a few places after each class …feels great!
